Shipping policy

We typically ship within 7 to 10 days of purchase

For eligible free shipping purchase, we will ship your order with USPS First - Class Mail, arrive in 2-6 business day.

 We are not responsible for items lost once the carrier has marked the item "Delivered"; please make sure that you are providing  a safe and correct "ship-to"location.

Wrong Address
- We ship to the address provided by you - if you want to ship to a different address, contact us or provide a different address on your order in the comments section.

Refunds of Estimated Shipping Overages
- We do our best to accurately estimate shipping charges in advance, but since shipping costs are based on buyer location, sometimes shipping is cheaper than estimated shown cost.
- Any shipping charges in excess of $3 over actual postage will be refunded to your payment method.

Shipping Upgrades
- If you would like your purchase shipped via an express service such as Priority Express Mail, please contact us in advance and we will provide an updated shipping quote just for you!

Items Damaged in Transit
- If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us with photos and specific details of the damage, and we will work with you to address the issue.
